Windows 8 and Security Software Empty Windows 8 and Security Software

Many of us must be curious about what they will run on windows 8 for security. I am esp interested to know about software which are very decent in their security but they might be at the verge of discontinuation any time.

Here is some info.

CIS v 3 works
Comodo Internet Security v 5- works
AppGuard works
GesWall- doesn,t work( windows fail to restart after its install and reboot)

Thanks aigle, very interesting. I've got a few questions:
1. Is that a genuine copy of Windows 8?
2. What do you mean by "works"? Does this mean that eg. Comodo/AppGuard have officially verified that their software is compatible with Windows 8?
3. Can you test Sandboxie?

1- Not genuine of course. Leaked. Very early build.
2- I was able to install and it seems to work.
3- Will try later.

It doesn,t work. But you should not worry as SBIE is very much alive by Allah,s will. I was curious about semi-dead and stagnant software like Geswall.
