Nice one eXPerience haha.
By the way, I read you (publically) resigned from being a Comodo moderator. Could that be one reason for formatting? That is, getting rid of all Comodo products?

I don't really consider imaging or rollback type software as "security applications". Why? Mainly because they don't really "protect" you. In my opinion, they are more accurately defined as "back-up applications", which some might argue is also a type of security.
But yes, I've also tested FirstDefense-ISR myself and it's very nice. It's pretty much a dead end now though, as I've read that the company have abandoned any further development of FirstDefense products. Also when it comes to imaging, nothing comes simpler than Drive SnapShot - a program you don't even need to install and that runs off a 280Kb file!

I didn't know if this program would be accepted? But it has saved me many times from reformatting.

If you are even needing to think about reformatting because of malware infestation, perhaps you need to think of how to improve your actual security setup/approach. As I said, restoring an image or rolling back to a previous state due to malware infestation isn't really a form of security, as it usually means your actual security setup/approach has failed to protect you. But then again, products like Shadow Defender sort of "roll back" to a previous state too - perhaps the key difference is that you can actually recover specific things to the REAL system while still in Shadow Mode.
Anyway, let's compromise and you can just vote "Other" haha.

Possibly splitting hairs here, but isn't MSE actually a first party application?
I voted Sandboxie. Have appreciated it for years now.
Used to be very big on DefenseWall as well, but haven't been on x86 for a while now.

Yes, you're right in a way. I suppose since it doesn't come on the default Windows install, it's arguably "third-party" (although relative to "Microsoft", it's not).

MBAM and Sandboxie.

I'm is layered security by Faronics i.e. combination of Deep Freeze (system restore software) + anti-virus + anti-executable. Strong and robust solution.
